Dividend Policy and Payment
Dividend Policy of Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited
The dividend policy of the Company is to pay a total dividend of not less than 25% of the net profit after tax and after appropriation of required legal reserve and other reserves (if required and if any). However, the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the dividend payment and may amend the dividend policy, by taking into account reserves for debt payment, capital investment of business expansion, changing market conditions or as required to manage the company’s future cash flows.
